To your European Candy Experience

Growing up in Scotland, a special treat on the weekend as a child would be what was called a 10p mix. This was a small plain white paper bag with 10 different "sweeties" (candy) that cost one pence each...hence the name. Personally mine was more often than not picked for me by family so the anticipation of what combination you would get would add to the thrill. Of course you had your favorites and could trade with siblings or friends. Alternatively picking yourself involved a trip to the store where you would see endless tubs of different sweeties usually through a glass cabinet. You would point to the shop assistant your choices and be presented with your white paper bag of heaven. I can still vividly remember that excitement. Thus my inspiration for "Cured Cravings" an opportunity to select your own variety of my favorite (soon to become yours..) European sweeties. I am so excited for you to enjoy the contents of your white paper bag..or your vessel of choice.
